Jeremy Gillespie is the founder of IGY Consulting, built on the principles of Integrity, Guidance, and You. With over a decade of leadership experience in healthcare and human resources, Jeremy has dedicated his career to removing barriers and creating meaningful pathways for both young adults and seasoned professionals. His work is grounded in the belief that when people thrive, organizations and communities flourish.

Jeremy is especially passionate about representing and supporting underserved individuals, ensuring greater access to opportunity, resources, and long-term growth. Having worked across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, he brings a well-rounded perspective to solving complex organizational challenges through thoughtful strategy and innovative program development.
